UPDATE: new "Congratulations" URL

Link to it when you initiate a new twadpockle

The URL announced in the post of Aug. 3 has changed.

It is now simply twadpockle.com.

This link will always take a new twadpockle to the proper welcome page, even if I move that page off of Substack, which I am considering doing.

I have updated that post accordingly, but since Substack only notifies you of new posts, not changes to old ones, I am also announcing the change right here as its own post.
